Refund policy

Each RI’LAXX piece is created with care and intention. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
